We are delighted to introduce you to Marina South who has been part of our community for some time now. You’ll catch a glimpse of Marina across our website in photos taken by our talented resident photographer Liv Jank.

Marina South is a Founder & Creative Director & Activist whose work supports individuals and brands through immersive and accessible creativity. Marina is an advocate for the power of the creative collective to redress societal imbalance and increase equilibrium in our approach to commerce and business.

Marina founded Then & Now Studio in 2017 to establish a creative community and support individuals and brands through consciously led creative services. By equipping individuals with the necessary tools to build and sustain mindful independent businesses, Marina believes a more balanced society can be established. This concept of Circular Creativity is at the root of Then & Now Studio, which provides a catalyst for the movement towards a growing and thriving independent network of creatives. Through this platform, Marina shares her industry experience and knowledge to enable a growing community of creative entrepreneurs to cultivate more considered and connected business practices.

As a Co-founder of We Are Formless, Marina is passionate about empowering people and communities through accessible creativity. Her immersive practices share the transformational power of art to unite, engage and create for good. Believing we all have the power to impact change, Marina offers pragmatic approaches to encourage active engagement at community level and beyond. By sharing and raising awareness on the impact of environmental, social and humanitarian justice causes, Marina enables individuals to become active participants in the change they want to see.

Finding alternative solutions to sustain our current lifestyle and consumption is not the answer. The answer is changing our lifestyle in order to sustain the planet.

The most sustainable thing we can all do is - do less. By doing less, we need less, take less from the planet. We begin to break the cycle of constant need.
