Sustainable Lifestyle Awards
The Sustainable Lifestyle Awards (The SLAs) are the first awards of its kind to showcase, celebrate and honour sustainable businesses. Brands that hold style and substance in equal measure are invited to enter into one of the 21 awards categories, ranging from Content Creator of the Year to Independent Store and Launch of the Year. Entries close on 1st October.
Awards will be judged by industry professionals and sustainability experts from Harvey Nichols, Reve En Vert, TRAID, The Maiyet Collective, Feelunique, Anthropologie, The Restory and of course, Black Neon Digital and Fashion Roundtable.
We are very happy to announce that Jodi Muter-Hamilton (Founder, Black Neon Digital and Communications Director, Fashion Roundtable) and Tamara Cincik (CEO & Founder, Fashion Roundtable) and will be judging the Innovation Award and Vegan Award respectively.

“As a vegan for over 26 years, I am pleased to see fashion finally taking veganism seriously. When I styled a shoot using vegan and ethical brands for a magazine several years ago, it was not easy to find fashion-forward and cool pieces for my edit. I have long maintained that anything on the market, be it vegan, sustainable or ethical has to hold up as good design. We cannot guilt customers into buying pieces simply based on shared values: they also have to be well designed and well made. I am happy therefore to be a judge for the SLAs on vegan fashion and I hope we see more brands taking this step as we combat climate change and replace fast fashion with green economies.”
